Shaker's Conch House, Inc. is a family owned business that became a reality of the father, Hudgon, and son, Raynard, desires to open a restaurant geared to fast food concept. In January 1989, the Milbry Family finalized plans for renovations at 10149 N.W. 22nd Avenue. Beginning in April 1989, the Milbry's and other family members used their expertise to complete the restaurant project. Shaker's officially opened on January 8, 1990 Serving what they love, conch, or what they call it "Fruit of the Sea".
